If you bought something, used it, and it genuinely didn't help — refund within 30 days, no interrogation. We'd rather lose a sale than have you feel scammed.

The fine print.

• 30 days from purchase date
• Per-product — full refund applies to single products and bundles
• Memberships — refundable on the first month's charge; cancel anytime after
• Wholesale orders — case-by-case after delivery; defects always refunded
• Gift cards — refundable to buyer if unredeemed

How to request.

Email Shaina directly. Include your order number (it's in the receipt email) and a one-line note about what didn't land. Refunds usually process same-day, hit your account in 3–5 business days.

What we won't do.

Force you onto a phone call, ask you to "try harder," or send a survey. The work is hard enough.
